"L'Hotel de Beaune in Beaune"
The rooms are incredibly spacious and the staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Of particular note was a young man by the name of Alexi who went out of his way to assist us, provided terrific advice and had a great sense of humour. The hotel is right in the heart of the walled city and is very convenient to everything. The restaurant also […] serves excellent food, if slightly expensive. Our only suggestions are that there should be a refrigerator in each room and also tea/coffee making facilities. This would make things so much more comfortable for guests, particularly after a long day of tasting the beautiful burgundy's the region is famous for!
