"High price - low satisfaction"
While the staff were delightful and the hotel was perfectly located, the room was very disappointing. Considering the 4* price, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room was by far just a 3* or less. Half used bottles of shampoo, hair in the sink, light socket covers missing from the walls, chipped and dirty paint made this stay a very disappointing one. "Who needs privacy"
Staff seemed a little grumpy. Extra $ for WiFi, Lots of $ per day to park but don"t lose your stub because the hotel staff have no idea who to deal with it. A very nice hotel width excellent service but the room was extremely cold. The thermostat held at 18 degrees Celsius and could not be changed. Called the front desk to report it and was told to just wait about twenty minutes for it to reach a higher temperature. It never did go any higher.
