"Next to airport, get a room away from the runway"
I moved rooms 3 times, their ac is really bad, it was 80 degrees in the room. Finally they "upgraded" me to their 4th floor club rooms, the ac was better there, still not very cold. The club rooms are next to the runway, so you will here planes landing/leaving till very late at night and very early in the morning. This was a Hilton before.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Lack of anticipative service. They only had one porter on duty - I was told 4 times yet they did not call him. They forgot my early morning call. Room Service menu very limited. Service was slapdash. The shop - very helpful and pleasing. I booked a King with a bathroom but given a KIng with a shower room. "Business Hotel which is ok for 1 or two nights max"
If you want a cheapish Sheraton by the airport this hotel is an OK option. My stay was spoilt by the incompetence of the front desk who 1. tried to put me in a room that was a lower catagory than I had booked and 2. did not respond when I complained about the broken heater / air conditioner in my room. Three complaints and absolutely no action?? The […] restaurant is good. There isn't much in the area and so if you are staying at the Sheraton then you'll be captive. As an international tourist I called the front desk for directions to the hotel two times. I was travelling from Eastern Canada and checking in past 11 pm. Both times they did not give a clear answer and was eager to put the phone down. A clear concise answer would have helped me save valuable time, anguish. Although the beds were very comfortable, I was otherwise very displeased. Not only was our room not clean (hand prints on the mirrors, soap residue in the soap dish, used cups stacked under clean ones), but after dropping over 400 on our stay, they had the gall to charge their guests 12.50 a day in parking! Unbelievable! And it's not like their guests […] have any other option but to park there. Although the staff was friendly I will never stay in this hotel again, and will warn friends to avoid it as well. If you want a hotel close to the airport, I suggest the Marriott.
