"No bathtub"
The bathroom was horrible. There wasn't a bathtub--only a shower enclosed in glass. The glass doors were so wide, it took up the entire bathroom to open it. The shower door opening was so far from the water faucets, it was impossible for me to turn it on without getting wet. I want the water to be warm before I enter. "well worth price"
having stayed in lots of other Best Westerns I was disappointed with the food service: styrofoam cups, packaged food, awful coffee, cheap items. "Security"
After being gone all day from my room, I returned at midnight to find my door unlocked (door lach had door propped open). Come to find out the maid service left my room (on the first floor by an exit) unlocked all day. Did not feel secure in the room after that.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Thin walls!!!"
Everything at this hotel was great except for the extremely thin walls!! We could hear everything that was happening in the rooms around us and had to listen to a man snoring all night long.
