Very please with our recent stay. Great Value for the price. Helpful staff that spoke decent English and helped arrange rushed laundry service and... negotiated rate for a taxi to the airport and didn't mind providing us a Vietnamese language lesson. Security also on site all night. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was above average as far as included breakfasts go. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old quarter, making it extremely easy to get around for touring, shopping and eating. Always felt safe walking back to the hotel. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again if we ever journey back to Hanoi. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 25, 2012
