    The hotel is in great location, but we def did not get a 5 star service. We had 3 rooms booked for a family holiday, but everyday in one of the rooms... towels weren't replaced, one day toilet tissue was not replaced. Little things like that which was annoying after paying so much money for a 5 star. The room cleaning service def needs improving. The staff in the hotel was great and overall they were very helpful. I also feel the Hotel needs to upgrade some furniture in the balcony. Overall good but not 5 star!! by Akash  from London on 05/14/13

We had 3 rooms booked for a family holiday, but everyday in one of the rooms towels weren't replaced, one day toilet tissue was not replaced.     El hotel sin estar mal tiene una categoria excesiva, yo lo considero de 4 estrellas, para ser de 5 estrellas la habitación era deficiente en cuanto a que el desague de la ducha no tragaba bien, la habitación tenía manchas y olor a humedad. Los servicios del hotel son bastante buenos y la atención de la recepción muy buena, en concreto un recepcionista […] español llamado Pepe que nos dio una atención muy buena.     Hotellet är stort och fint men det finns ett behov av att renovera rummen. Heltäckningsmattan luktade lite mögel. Synd på ett i övrigt stort och fint rum.
