We asked for a room facing the front of the hotel (rather than the Interstate) and our request was granted. The room was very pleasant with comfortable bedding and pillows. The spa and pool were great. The hotel check-in and check-out was quick and accurate. 1. @ check -in: All the Clothing Carts were in use & had been gone for a while...according to the young lady @ the front desk. She went & got a backup Cart. I brought it out to the ca,r & my wife & I loaded it. While I parked the car, my wife entered the front area & realized she didn't remember our room #. She asked the same young @ the desk who knew […] that we were using the only Clothing Cart available, yet she refused to tell my wife our room number. My wife had her room card! I came in a back entrance & proceeded to our room. I then had to come back down to find my wife still @ the front desk very miffed. Security, yes! Common Sense & Intelligence, NO! Apology, NO! 2. We had traveled 800 miles that day. I was asleep ten minutes after we entered the room. My wife noticed an oder. She called down to inform. The lady @ front desk said they could come up & spay!!! It was a mildewy spell! 3. The screen on the sliding glass doors that exited onto a small balcony was detached & leaning against the wall of the balcony. 4. No Continental Breakfast. My fault! I should have read more closely! I guess I'm spoiled. I assume that a Hotel designed for travelers would have one. This is the first one in a long time not to have a Continental Breakfast! Wij boekten, met 2 volw + 2 kids, 2 nachten in dit middenklasse hotel. De lobby oogt net en verzorgd. De kamers zijn niet ruim, voor 4 personen, maar dat was te verwachten. Alles was proper. Lekker ontbijt, met genoeg keuze. De bediening van het ontbijt was soms wat chaotisch, maar het heeft ons niet gedeerd. Al bij al, een aanrader.

Já usamos outras vezes, tem ótima localização, conforto, manutenção...Ótimo de estar com a família! O café da manhã é terceirizado para o Starbucks agora! Pra quem curti isso, pode ser uma conveniencia. Só não espere atenção personalizada e gentilezas...não é a cara das atendentes do front desk!
