My stay was ok..a little noisy in the hallway. One did I did NOT like and probably has turned me away from Comfort Suites is the fact that I was RUSHED out of my room at checkout time. I did have the please do not disturb sign on my door. One of the employees knocked on my door AT 12:00pm and said check out time is at 12:00pm and Its 12:00pm right NOW […] with an attitude. I have stayed at many hotels from Days Inn to Ritz Carlton and no one has EVER knocked on my door to kick me out of a room. I have been in a room as late as 12:30pm. "Great Hotel for short stay"
We stayed at Comfort Inn for 2 days because of surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Room very large with separate kitchen and couch. Microwave, refrigerator. It was perfect for the short stay. There are no restaurants in the hotel but plenty within .2 miles and there is also shopping center. The only thing I did not like was there was no enclosed shower or […] bath. The shower was in the bathroom and the sink for washing hands was part of the room. So if you need to take a shower there will be water all over the floor if you have to use the toilet. This might be fine if you are handicapped but the hotel should only give this type of room to disabled persons. Maybe there are rooms with bathtubs and you need to ask.
