We stayed for 3 nights in mid August, very impressed with the hotel. Very modern and plush reception area and plenty of seating, room was very clean and... modern, great bathroom with bath as well as seperate shower cubicle. We had a room facing the sea. Location is good, literally across the road from the beach. We dodn't actually go to the beach as there are plenty of pools and loads of spare sun loungers (even though we wnet in peak season). Along the sea front there are loads of bars / restaurants, and if you want to go up into the centre of town, there's an elevator just 5 mins walk away that you can get for 50 cents, to save you walking up the hills! As mentioned in other reviews the Don Marco is the quieter of the 3 hotels, but you get access to the pools and terraces of the Don Pablo and Don Pedro where there's daily entertainment and poolside bars. Breakfast is a buffet style, everything you can imagine to choose from, so whether you prefer bacon and eggs, or croissants, or fruit, you will be catered for. Only dissapointment was tha the "free wifi" is a bit misleading. They do have free wifi, but only in the reception area. If you want wifi in your room, its 6 euros a day. Overall, highly recomended, will not hesitate to go back to this hotel if we visit torremolinos again by a Hotels.com guest on 08/20/12
