We had to change hotels at the last minute and went on hotels.com to find a place near O'Hare. From the time we spoke to a representative to making the reservation to staying there, it was an excellent experience. We needed a hotel with a transfer to O'Hare shuttle. They couldn't be nicer. This place was perfect for what we needed: inexpensive overnight stay prior to an early morning flight out of O'Hare. We were able to park our car for 3 days, free (had to sign a responsibility waiver), had breakfast included, and a shuttle service to the airport. The room wasn't fancy by any means, but it was a good size and comfortable enough.

I booked this hotel, not expecting much, but it was great! If you're looking to go into the city, this hotel is pretty far, but its convenient if you need to stay around O'Hare. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport which is quick. And the staff are some of the nicest hotel employees that I've ever come across. I can't even pick a single […] person out, they were all just so helpful and nice! The room was big. It had 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed. We had 4 people staying in it but we could've easily fit 5 or 6. Its a quiet area (with lots of other hotels around), so no loud noises are there to wake you up at night. They also offer free breakfast, which was much better than I'd expect from a free breakfast, and they have internet. One problem I always come across in hotel rooms is a lack of electrical outlets, but in our room there were plenty. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Read more

I liked the hotel. Only one downside about our stay are: 1) front desk person on Sunday, November 11 (women with dark hair), she was not helpful nor friendly at all. We just simply asked a question, and she even didn't try to answer... she said "I don't know" and vanished. Friday night and Saturday front desk person (male) was really helpful. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was to be close to the airport for our early morning flight out of O'hare. The first issue was we were told by Hotels.com that the shuttle ran from 5am to midnight but actually ran from 7am to 11pm. This left us with a tighter time frame that what we were hoping for and would have stayed somewhere else if we would […] have been told the truth. When leaving your car you have to sign a waiver saying they are not responsible if your car is broken into while it is parked there. My biggest complaint regarding this hotel was the service when we were there and the use of the airport shuttle. They really made it seem like we were an inconvenience to them by using it and when we had to be picked up from the airport. As I said before, this was the only reason we were staying there. It was also like 20+ minutes from the airport. I will never stay there again. I will pay a little more for better service and reliable transportation to/from the airport. Read more

we were very upset, while my husband was in the bathroom some one tried too enter the room ..the clerk did not show the room was occupied... they had given the other people a key to our room......had we not been there our personal belongings were in the room...I feel for the the trouble we had we should have gotten a refund.......carol

The Hotel was okay. The airport Shuttle was great. The beds we okay, clean but not too comfortable. The Breakfast was better than we expected. Then Internet was weak. I was able to receive emails and view web pages but my email wouldn't send.

On the whole, everyone was nice and helpful. The driver that was coming to pick us up at the race track after the Ryder Cup took over an hour. That means we stood in the parking lot for over an hour. He did not know where he was going.

We have stayed at Jameson properties before but this was very run down in comparison. The shuttle service personal were very rude both in the evening when picking up from the airport and in the morning taking us to the airport. The van was run down and looked like it was in need or repairs. Our bed was comfortable but the room was very drab and out […] dated. The ceiling was peeling from what appeared to be a previous leak. The breakfast buffet was pititful. Hardboiled eggs and steamed rice and what seemed to be week old bread. I pointed out some mold on the bread and the person taking care of it seemed very unconcerned. The front desk staff was not very helpful and did not seem like they wanted to be there. The hotel was fine, but two aspects were not: 1) What part of "Do Not Disturb" is misleading? We desperately needed some extra shut-eye, but still got the tap-tap-tap in the middle of our best sleep. The only problem I encountered is the transfer from the airport to the Jameson suite which took us 1 and a half hour. The front desk lady told us to wait on Door 1 in the shuttle area for a gray silver van and i called for the 3rd time and she told me it was a white generic van instead.

I goofed when I booked this one. It is farther from the airport than I thought. It took two phone calls and over an hour of waiting for the shuttle to pick me up. I wanted to return to the airport early in the morning, but the shuttle doesn't run until 7:00 A.M. Google maps shows a nearby market and restaurant, but they appear to be out of business […] and the neighborhood looked too dicey to walk in after dark, so it was dinner of junk food from the vending machine. I was suprised at the condition of the room after seeing the ratings. There were 2 of us, 2 beds, and only 1 extra blanket, which I'm sure had never been washed since the last person used it, as there was a "crusty" spot on it. The room smelled very stuffy and musty. I solely booked this hotel baesd on the rating, and was shocked!

Maybe a bit outdated, and nothing was particularly great. Everything was nice and clean though, and its right off of I-90. Not a bargain, but not overpriced. I'd say its what you could expect. No more no less.

The breakfast was nice to have. It was not fancy. The front desk had only 1 person at checkin. I did arrive late, after 11:oo pm however I had to wait 20-30 minutes in line while the single desk clerk checked in guests.

We stayed at the Jameson Suites the last night of our trip so that we would be close to the airport the following morning. The hotel was basic, but comfortable. The best surprise was Woodfield mall within 10 minutes drive time away, lots of restaurant choices! We would stay here again.
