Ok for an overnight stay. The room was quite cold even with air-con on. The cleanliness needs significant improvement. Bathroom was dated and not terribly clean, as was the kitchenette. Bed linen, particularly pillows were far from inviting. Despite coffee and tea sachets being available, we couldn't find a kettle. very disappointed as we paid for a exectitive room,there was no internet coverage,no pay tv,and no dvd player,when you pay $140.00 a night for a place you expect these services,my rating on the condition of the hotel has everything to do with outside,not inviting at all,what a let down,will not recommend this motel to anyone.

I found our stay with City Central Apartments, pleasant and private. The rooms and the beds were good, as were all the creature comforts. The only complaint I have is the creaky floors. Every time someone got up to go to the toilet, it woke everybody else up.

When i arrived at my room the bed was not made so I dont think there was even clean sheets. There were no fresh towls, just a couple of wet ones scrunched up on the top of the washing machine. With this and the bed I don't think the room had even been cleaned from the previous occupants. Disgusting. I wasn't feling well but if I was in good health I […] would have complained. The room was clean and neat. Service was good and was what i expected for an overnight stay. However, the floor was still wet from being mopped before we came (window was left wide open for ventilation I assume and to dry the floor?). Being a cold night that night, made it worse that the heater didn't work too well and having to walk on wet cold tiles […] (Took a while to get the heater working and to heat up the room). When booking in the lady was very helpful. We were very comfortable in the apartment except the television was well below standard as the colour was very distorted. Needs replacing. The couches could do with a clean but the overall cleanliness of the apartment was great. Overall for what we needed for the weekend it met our needs.

Arrived at City Central Apartments after hours and keys had been left out with directions to our room. We settle in and then went out for dinner. On returning the family went to have showers and there was no hot water. Had to boil some water to have a little wash. Clean basic motel apartment,,,,cooking facilities handy; a bit of a walk to "sights":::very reasonable price I enjoyed a comfortable,pleasant stay at the city central motel apartments. The manager was very helpful. I found cooking facilities more than adequate. the only negative was a noisy aircon..i would stay there again.

The shower over the spa bath was my main concern - being an elder citizen I found it very difficult to get in & out. The place is supposed to offer "executive" accommodation. As far as I could see the executive rooms were the same as the normal ones, dusty, moldy and not refurbished in living memory. There facilities for cooking or preparing one's own breakfast were poor. There was no servicing of the rooms while I was there. But there was a dire threat from management […] of imposition of fines if the rooms were not left clean and everything washed up, dried and returned to its place - to their satisfaction. I found that threat less than hospitable and more than menacing. Not a comfortable feeling to have. Not a comfortable place to stay. Overall, I found the proprietors mean and and mean-spirited, hardly suited to a a business in the hospitality industry. Read more

Enttäuschend und von den fast 20 Hotels etc die wir auf unserer Australienreise hatten, mit großem Abstand das schlechteste. Bei unsere Ankunft abends um 18 Uhr war da Zimmer ( es war wohl einst eine Garage und schloss eine Baulücke zwischen einem Gebäudeteil, das ebenfalls als mehrer Apartments vermietet wurde und dem Vorderhaus) noch nicht gemacht: […] Das Bett war ungemacht, schmutziges Geschirr stand herum, das Bad war auch noch nicht gemacht. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass dies zumindest der einen Mitarbeiterin bewusst war . Wir hatten nur Glück, dass die Rezepotion ( wohl die Eigentümerin) noch da war und nicht – wie sie geplant hatte – schon gegangen war und uns eine Nachricht hinterlassen wollte. Da Zimmer wurde dann von ihr und ihrer Mitarbeiterin innerhalb von 10 Minuten !) gereinigt…. Die Ausstattung ist alt, ein unangenehmer, alter Geruch lag im Zimmer, altes Bett ( aber Matrazze ok), alte Couch, der Wasserkocher so verkalkt, dass wir ihn gar nicht aufbekamen, alte, aufgequollenen Badezimmermöbel, Die Eingangstür –eine Glasschiebetür mit windigen Schloß,..usw… nie ,nie wieder ( wir hätten fast lieber im Auto geschlafen, wenn es größer gewesen wäre) Es waren leider viele Hotels etc ausgebucht, sonst wären wir hier nicht gelandet Read more

Warrnambool en général n'est pas d'un grand intérêt touristique. Surprise, notre chambre n'est situé sur King Street, mais dans une résidence sur Jackson Street, à 5 minutes en voiture. L'appartement est immense avec 2 chambres, un salon avec grand canapé, coin cuisine et une salle de bain. L'ensemble est par contre vieillot, mais propre. クリスマス時期に宿泊しましたが、徒歩圏に営業しているレストランが空いていて助かりました。受付で対応してくれた年配の男性はちょっと無愛想な感じでしたが、質問にはちゃんと答えてくださりました。部屋は、キッチン用のシンクと食器、電子レンジ、それに洗濯機もついてリビングとベッドルームが別になっていてゆったりとした部屋でした。設備が整っているので長期滞在にもいいと思いました。
