Hotel was fine. However, there was never enough parking in the evening. The lot always seemed full. Room was okay, but it looked like they didn't change the sheets. Looks like the comforter was pulled up each day (we spent 3 nights) with rumpled sheets underneath. Pillows thrown against the headboard and the shower mat left down. "terrible service, zero breakfast as promised"
upon arrival the room was cold! - within a half hour or so was warmed with heater being turned up. When we went for breakfast at 6:30 (which was one of the reasons we chose this site) the lights were off and zero service available. I booked at the Econolodge because it was apparently the cheapest place around, but I now wish I'd paid a little more and stayed elsewhere. The hotel is depressing - dark hallways, painted a dingy shade of green. While the room itself and the bathroom looks as if it had been recently renovated, there was a very noticeable musty smell. Also the bed did not have fitted sheets. The carpet had not been vacuumed well enough as there were sunflower seeds by the bedside from a previous stay. For the rate, I do not think I got great value for the $.
