I booked the hotel based on the Pullman brand but it does not live up to standard at all! The hotel is in an average condition, but the beds are absolutely terrible! It was impossible to get any sleep - a duvet was added onto the mattress in order to cover up the sag! The hotel claimed that all the rooms were the same, and therefore were totally uncooperative. "noisy on the street room"
