Knowned this hotel as when it was the Hyatt Regency Jeddah. Design and central hall are very nice but the hotel does not have a swimming pool which might be important if you have the time. Hotel personel is very nice. Located on a very busy street so it takes time to move around especially as the city has expanded a lot. Most rooms have been refurbished […] but the Italian rooms are especially nice (they cost a little more than the Deluxe but it is worth it) but ask for a street overlooking room since the inside room are pretty dark due to the small Arabic styled windows. I have stayed at various hotels in Jeddah and this one is very good. The staff are the best asset. They are very helpful and always smiling! The hotel is a little dated. The rooms could do with renovation. The food was very good. The internet worked fairly well. Not much in terms of restaurants or shops near by.
