This hotel had a great location to downtown area and with the beautiful walking parkway next to the lake, it was relaxing as well. Lots of restaurants... etc within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable and really our only complaint was the free breakfast was of very low quality. Not a very good selection of fruit and the "meat" that was provided was tasteless, not sure what it was. But it did have coffee, juice and bagel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay there again. by Gail H from Florida on 10/24/10

Location was perfect for us. Hotel was less than satisfactory especially for the price paid. The hotel needs to be updated to make it brighter and worth the rate they are asking. Rooms and halls have a musty smell, they are dark and uninviting.

We stayed at a cheaper hotel in the same chain and were disappointed that this hotel's shower and breakfast was not as good as the previous hotel we stayed in. The hotel has a good location - quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Das Hotel liegt auf der anderen Seite einesIndustriepark´s. Keines der Fenster lässt sich öffen und der Blick auf die vielen Klimateile Klasse. Verschmutzte Bettwäsche (gelbe Flecken auf weißem Grund). In einem anderen Zimmer der Ausblick besser der Zustand gammelig und der Geruch modrig und auch hier lässt sich kein Fenter öffnen, Das Frühstück welches […] incl, war, "Pappteller - Plastikbesteck - und Pappbecher" da macht Frühstücken doppelt Spaß. Kaffee bestimmt nur für Gäste weil bitter und abgestanden, Toast zu selber toasten mit nur einem Toaster Muffin´s von wann weiß ich nicht Butter die leider zu hart war für das Zarte Plastikmesser Eier die in der Wärmebox festklebten und irgenwelche runden Teile in einer weiteren Wärmebox die evtl. Hamburger hätten sein können. Auf die Beschwerde wegen des Geschirr´s sagte man nur dazu ist kein Budget da und das bei den Übernachtungskosten. Wir bedauern sehr uns für dieses Hotel entschieden zu haben den von Servicequalität ist diese Hotel weit entfernt die angegebenen Ausstattungen sind zwar vorhnden aber auch ein Planschbecken kann man als Pool bezeichen. Selbst auf einem mittelmäßig ausgestatteten Campingplatz findet man bessere Qualität und Sauberkeit als in diesm Hotel. Schade denn Canada und seine Einwohner waren toll........ Read more
