"Clean, but very dated"
FIrst we had a room that reeked from carpet fresh with a toilet that didn't work. then they moved us to a mini-suite. The room could easily be great, bed is comfortable. The furniture is dated and they still use bed spreads. I stay in hotels 10-12 nights per month and haven't seen a bed spread in years. Also the pillows are terrible. Staff is nice and […] again, its clean. They specialize in weddings so they have a captive audience on the weekends. The common areas are beautiful and they have great restaurants. "up in smoke"
requested non smoking room phoned front desk all they would do is send housekeeping with spray.we did not sleep most of night due to smoke smell in room .also rooms are not soundproof noise from hall is deafening. would not ever stay at this hotel again.Genuine Expedia guest review
