We had a great time and were so comfortable the entire stay. The staff was sweet and accommodating, and we loved that even though we were next to the elevator and right above the pool, once we were in the room, it was very quiet. I was impressed with the check in process, very friendly and efficient. The lobby was beautiful and the room was fine. The manager's reception was not utilized, and the comp breakfast was only partially utilized because of my dietary restrictions, but it looked like everyone enjoyed it! "Great Place for Family Vacation"
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with our two children ages 3 & 6. The free breakfast was a great way to start the day and made the morning much easier to manage (if you have little ones than you know what I mean by this). The staff was very friendly and helpful. On our 3rd night there our daughter came down with a stomach bug and we ended up having […] to strip the entire bed. The hotel staff was very understanding and accommodating and quick to help with removal of the linens and assistance with remaking the bed. We were also able to wash her clothes on site. Location wise we loved the fact that we were within walking distance of a Starbucks, a theater and several restaurants. The hotel is also just a short drive to downtown where we went just about everyday to play at the Fort Sherman play structure. A must if you have children who like play grounds. It's a bit of a drive to Silverwood (25 minutes or so) and there is another Holiday Inn located closer to Silverwood but the location of this hotel to downtown and the other places I mentioned earlier make it worth the extra time in the car. Honestly the only thing that was a tiny bit disappointing was the fact that the outside balcony could have used a broom to sweep off left over tabacco from a previous guest. We stayed here with our 12 year old daughter on our way home from Yellowstone. We decided to visit the Silverwood Theme Park so we booked this hotel. Our primary reason for staying hear was to visit Siliverwood Theme Park. The hotel is only 20 minutes away from the park. A number of family friendly restaurants are within a few minutes away.
