"Very upset customer"
I was very upset with this hotel. I only choose this hotel because of the web site saying it had a spa tube and then on arrival finding out there was not one and the worker and saying anything nice about it. "Need to close until renovated, dust from drywall sanding, even in the food. Eye sore."
I was upset that the motel was under re-construction, and that the breakfast was only cold danish and muffins, everyone in that location offer hot meals. The housekeepeers were pleasant. Rooms were ok, just lots of dust everywhere, ammentities were not as advertised.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Howard Johnson's Lima"
This hotel was very disappointing. The room had a no smoking sign which made me wonder if you could smoke somewhere else. I asked at the end of the next day and found a whole floor is designated to smokers. Then the room we stayed in was not the cleanest at all. Instead of staying to see the sights, we left. Breakfast was not appealing. I did not let […] my son swim, since too many things were not sanitized. We ate out. Had coffee out. The manager for the next day offered to fix everything but you cannot do a building in one day. We slept and left; had breakfast elsewhere. I did let him know what to look for so that they can fix there issues. But we were not going to touch their items at this time. Age was not the cause. He was very apologetic, I brought him to see the unsanitary condition of the room and explained about other unsanitary issues. He offered a refund, that helped but as I said we left.
