Located in Kastrup, Copenhagen Airport’s three terminals form a hub for Scandinavian Airlines and also serve nearby Malmo. The CPH Hilton has it al! Convenient to the CPH airport, about a five minute walk, all inside. We stayed for a night pre-cruise and a night post-cruise. For the pre-cruise stay we arrived at about 8:30 am. Since our room wouldn't be ready until about 2 pm, we checked our luggage with the hotel concierge and took the convenient Metro into town. Returned […] to the hotel around 1 pm, and our room was ready early, and our luggage was quickly delivered to our room. The rooms are large by European standards and smell oh so good! The over-sized baths have a large American- style shower and a separate bathtub. An electrical outlet in the bath will accept American 115 volt appliances and American plugs. The comfortable queen bed had two separate comforters. The bathroom boasts a scale and a nice assortment of toiletries. There is also a coffee/tea maker, an in-room safe, and even slippers that you can take home. Beware, the mini-bar fridge costs extra if you remove anything from it! We never heard a plane. The only thing we disliked was the curtains do not darken the room. With the early sunrise in Denmark during the summer, this was a little troublesome. Pre-purchasing the buffet breakfast option through Expedia was an excellent value, with its large variety of fruit, breads,eggs, waffles, meats, cereal, oatmeal,and juices. "Great Place with EZ Access to tour Copenhagen"
We stayed for three days prior to a cruise while we toured Copenhagen. Attached to the building is the Metro which takes you down town in 15 minutes. Or, you can walk a bit further and take the subway which takes you down town (slightly different locations) in 15 minutes. Or, take one down and one back.Breakfast was not included in the price we paid, […] and was expensive - but was a terrific breakfast buffet - with anything you could dream of. Everything is more expensive in Copenhagen than in the US; but this HIlton is well worth it. Hotel was comfortable, room clean and bath had both tub and shower stall so wife could bathe in tub while I used shower. Staff struggles a bit with English, but you eventually get 'in communication.' They do have electrical connectors to allow US plugs electric use; but not voltage converters to change the current to 120VAC. So bring your own or don't expect to use one.
