"A tired hotel badly in need of renovation"
While the location is fabulous, this hotel is in desperate need of a make-over. The beds are hard (no pillow-top here!) and the rooms are dark and dingy. The price is high because of the location. But being within walking distance of the Lake Louise hikes is a big plus - no parking hassles.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"could have been better"
This was a bittersweet stay. I booked the room and was given wrong info, so when I got to the hotel we had to pay extra for the room I thought we were getting. The deskclerk said he could have charged more then he didn't so I don't know if I should have been thankful. :s ??? Then was advised that the room had a kitchenette but we couldn't use it. El hotel es correcto. La zona está muy bien pero en temporada alta, para visitarla en otoño no merece la pena ya que no había casi ningún restaurante o bar para cenar (solo había 2 abiertos en todo el pueblo).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
