Motel close to everything. Short walk to nice sandy beach, Rooms were quiet as mgmt asked for a 10:00 pm "quiet" deadline. Mgmt very helpful. Not a lot for continental breakfast, however sufficient.

The location is just enough from the highway to eliminate the traffic noise. Clean and quite. Polite and friendly staff and even a simple but all you need complimentary breakfast. Good place to stay, relatively modern and everything works.
