"North Vancouver Hotel Capilano Rd"
Probably my worst stay in a long time. My original assigned room was about 15 meters from a busy road (Capilano Rd) so I asked to be moved. They had no other King beds available so they moved me to a twin Queen room, which was apparently the "restroom facility" room for the painters who were painting the hotel. I found this out when one entered my room […] unannounced in the late afternoon. In the morning I went down to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. to find that they had run out of eggs and bacon and the person before me was nice enough to split the remaining 4 sausage links with me. Apparently the ration they had allocated for the day had been exceeded. The last bit was at 9:30 a.m. I had fully placed the do not disturb sign in the outside lock but housekeeping decided they would like to make up the room at that time rather than wait till the room had been vacated. I only stayed one night and that was enough. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Terrible experiences in this hotel!"
We just stayed in this hotel. The experiences were terrible. They did not like to do any room clean. Even after we reminded them, the front desk was pretty rude and refused to do anything. Also, the room is ver noisy. Do not confuse with their name with 'hotel'. Actually, it is more like a low-level quality motel with rude service.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Not impressed, would not go back"
The bed was like laying on a board, pillows very flat, carpets was very dirty, bath tub needs a new finish, my family wouldn't even take a shower due to the condition of it. The room smelled bad. On a positive note the linens were clean. If I were to go visit the area again I would not stay thereGenuine Expedia guest review
"Sewage backed up into our bath tub. Filthy, gross, disgusting."
Our room was ready a bit early so that helped with our plans for the evening. The room smelled funny though and was definitely not as nice as the online pictures. Breakfast was skimpy at best. Our bathroom was dirty and the sewer backed up into our tub overnight. The toilet didn't flush and I had to take shower in a tub of crap - literally. Front desk […] told me to use their bathroom in the lobby but that didn't offer a shower or anotherroom to use. Maintenance was suppose to show up at 9am on the day of check out but I didn't get a call until we left around 10:30am. I asked for a full refund but they said they couldn't do it. The manager called me on Monday and offered to credit my account for 50% of the cost of the room. I am still extremely angry and disappointed that sewage was in my tub. How filthy and unsanitary. I will not ever stay in this hotel again and I recommend you delete them from your offerings. They told me they had this experience before and blamed it on the city sewer. Its purely gross. "Worst hotel"
The place is infested with Scorpions and bugs. It is one of the worst hotel ever we stayed. I would not recommend this hotel if you are staying with family.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"North Vancouver Hotel Review"
We had a King size bed reserved and paid for over 3 months and they tried to stick us into a double room because they said they didn't have any Kings available. After we insisted on having a King room they put us in a room next to the street where we needed to have ear plugs to sleep. It was supposed to be non-smoking but there were cigarrette burns […] on the furniture. They never changed our sheets on our four day stay. The breakfast was horrible with cold food and limited supplies. The coffee was never replenished in the room. They only provided us with two towells a day and they were thread bore. The Hotel was costly for the limited amount of service provided. Owners must be cheap! we also experienced unauthorized use of our debit card 5 minutes after check out which was the only place the debit card was used on our vacation...suspicious. "North Vancouver Hotel"
Owner was very ignorant and unhelpful, room was freezing cold even though heat was turned up to 85 degrees. No quilts or extra blankets offered in room, had three kids sleep in their clothes to keep warm. Advice - stay at the travellodge a few doors down, may be a few more dollars but at least the people are friendly and you will get some sleep. This […] was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"North Vancouver Ant Farm"
We checked in late at night and got the kids right into bed and soon fell asleep ourselves. The next morning I found ants crawling through our toiletries and the garbage where we threw a portion of one of the kid's ice cream cones that could not be finished from the night before (note: the ice cream was only in the garbage - not on the floor or anywhere […] else). When my wife told the front desk it didn't seem like a big deal to the person working there. Also the free breakfast was held in a 12' x 12' room with all of the other guests (not comfortable) because the hotel is under renovations. ON the plus side... no evidence of bed bugs. "Es stank!"
Gerade soeben als letzte Notlösung geeignet. Auf unserer bisherigen Rundreise durch BC war dies die mit Abstand schlechteste Unterkunft, die außerdem noch nicht einmal preiswert war. Nicht zu empfehlen! Es war wohl auch vom Vormieter eine negative Beurteilung in dem hotelinternen Beurteilunsdokument im Zimmer vorzufinden, 3x unterstrichen darin: "it […] stinks!!!".
