We stayed 4 nights and have no complaints. Check-in was quick, even with a new gal training. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They are upgrading the rooms so we had the new A/C unit, but still had the small t.v. which we didn't turn on. I have a bad back so was worried about the mattress. I slept good - bring an extra pillow. Room pillows […] were very thin. Close to eating places and not too far from the lake. The breakfast was the usual fruit, cereal, muffins, waffle maker etc. If we visit that direction again, we would stay without hesitation. I will never stay there agian. I had my son with me which he is only one years old and was worried something was going to crawl on him. We had to sleep on top of the covers because there were hairs under the blankets. Wouldnt want my dog sleeping here, went to Kenosha for a high school reunion and thought this was a dif hotel than it was. I found so much dirt when I cleaned some spots in the room with the Clorox wipes my wife packed me, I was afraid to put my head Aton the pillow do I slept on my shirt. Dirty place....spend a little more and go somewhere else.

We just needed a room for a quick overnite stay. That is pretty much what this hotel would be good for. The room was in desperate need of an upgrade. Phones didn't work,didn't have enough towels in the room and when you went to get more they told you they didn't have any clean ones. also when you asked for something for your room you would have to ask 3 to 4 times and you be lucky to get.

An older Hotel that has seen better days. The hallway had a smell of mildew, and the room did a bit too. My wife said to spend a bit more and get a newer nicer Hotel next time. It was one of the cheaper Hotels I found in my search. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for.

A decent stay for the price. Hotel needs a major renovation. Patched holes in wall, room getting run down. The bed was slanted from the center of the bed to the edge. I would probably stay again but this hotel is overdue for renovation.

Although the room was clean, there were two issues: 1. The door stuck when opening and didn't close smoothly. 2. There was an odor of mildew in the room. Other than that, I think it was a convenient location for our overnight trip.

Stayed here for 3 nights during Pearl Jam's anniversary concerts at Alpine Valley. This was the closest location (50 mins) opnce I deciuded to book a hotel. I had had an awful stay at a Super 8 in College Park MD earlier in the summer and was sort of dreading this stay. I was VERY HAPPY with how everything worked out. Being a Super 8, I wasn't expecting much more than a bed to sleep on. The hotel condition was mediocre at best. We were checked into a third floor room and then found out there was no elevator. The climate controls in the room were confusing, as we were told at the front desk that all rooms have some sort of control by the front door that accepts the […] room key and activates the thermostat on the wall. This room had the controls, but they were not connected to the AC which operated with the knobs on the AC unit. Confusing! The bathroom had a door which never fully shut because the door was swollen or warped. And the bathroom light had a push button which required several stabs to turn the light on or off. If the owners would invest a little in the upkeep of the hotel, the stay would have been much more pleasant. Service on the other hand was much better. I called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in late. The person on the other end was quite helpful, as was the woman who checked us in late at night. Read more

This Hotel doesn't even look like the photo. Very Dirty. Never had towels in the room. The first room wasn't even cleaned it was filthy and the second room dirty. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. When told staff they didn't even care. and said it is what it is.

This is not a 3 star hotel. I was locked out of my room for 2 1/2 hours with a child that needed to get to sleep. After waiting an 1 1/2 for owner to get there. I didn't realize that having a towel for each person in your room was not possible...Even when you request them three different times! All I could get was hand towels!! If you are in desperate need of just a good night's sleep, this would be the place to stay. There is no pool and you basically get a bed and a TV. The breakfast was questionable, so much so that my husband and I didn't stay for it. I wouldn't like to reccomend this to anyone.

This hotel was the cheapest option on Hotels. For the area, it sits among other more expensive properties. Don't expect much and expect to be placed on the 3rd floor with no elevator if you don't book through the Company website. Breakfast is best if you get there early, they don't replenish very well....waffle maker is a plus though.

Only needed to stay one night. Can't beat the price. Do not select this hotel for the breakfast--Coffee is instant, coffee machine did not have any regular coffee only decaf. I guess what you save in the room rate, you could go over to Perkins. Gas station near by has regular coffee.

After a 4 hr drive and long visit with family members, I wanted nothing more than to just go to our room to relax. Unfortunately this did not happen. The first room I was in had wrappers all over the floor and when I pulled the sheets back there was brown stuff in the bed.. Still don't know what that was.
