Comfortable and spacious
All suites feature full kitchens, 42" flat screen TVs, complimentary wi-fi, and original artwork. Rooms are large and spacious (apx 500sq feet), many of which are two levels. Beautiful and unique!

"Great location but terrible room and customer serv"
We rented a two bed room suite which was advertised as one bedroom with King bed, second with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The suite we got did not have a King bed instead had a Queen bed and the staff refused to acknowledge about misleading advertisement. Both rooms were small especially room with the queen bed, it was so small […] that bed was in the way of the door so it can not be closed. Hotel does not have free parking but do sell parking for $10 a night but the parking place is one block away. Staff will not tell you but there is a public parking in front of the hotel (Store Road) for $7.50 a night. Swans Hotel down town Victoria was quirky and "unspoiled". There are psher and more expensive hotels but none with the character just on the Chinese qtr but right by the harbour and most amenities. "Fantastic getaway for our family"
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, and it was a nice relaxing place to stay with our family for a weekend in downtown Victoria. Our only downside was the parking, however we opted to park in a lot close to the hotel, as we were downtown hours before check in time. "Out of the ordinary"
Interesting neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown. We were very pleased with front desk suggestions and helpfulness in organizing our whale watching trip. We loved the huge rooms with all its kitchen facilities and I can't say enough about how clean it was! My one concern would be the lack of privacy between floors. "Close to centre of Victoria"
Excellent. I suspect that we may not have enjoyed our stay at Swans as much if we had been allocated a room above the bar with live music! Our room 305 was well away from the bar. "Clean rooms, good service"
