LURE, this resort's seafood restaurant and lounge, serves breakfast daily and features floor-to-ceiling windows that afford expansive views of the city's Inner Harbour. Reservations are required on 24 and 25 December. A 24-hour business center offers use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer. The lobby provides complimentary WiFi, while fax and photocopying services may be requested of the front-desk staff. Host a catered event in the resort's 10 conference rooms and ballroom. The on-site spa and wellness center features massage and beauty treatments, as well as hydrotherapy and body wraps. Extensive recreational facilities include an atrium pool, a sauna, a combination squash/racquetball court, and 2 tennis courts. A 24-hour fitness center features 2 exercise bikes, 2 treadmills, a stair climber, 2 elliptical trainers, rowing machine, free weights, numerous strength-training machines, and refrigerated towels. This resort is located alongside a waterfront boardwalk suitable for running, walking, cycling, and in-line skating. Valet parking is available, as is RV and truck parking (all surcharge). Pets allowed in certain room types (surcharge). Children must be accompanied by an adult in the fitness center, health club, and swimming pool.

This hotel offers 240 guestrooms in an 8-story building recently renovated in March 2012 with views of the city and the courtyard. Premium bedding features triple sheeting atop pillowtop mattresses. Bathrooms have either a tub with handheld shower or a walk-in shower. Other amenities include 6-foot long desks, minibars, flat-screen TVs, 2 phones, and iPad audio systems. Rooms have complimentary wireless Internet access. The hotel also offers 24-hour room service. Wheelchair accessible rooms, adjoining rooms, and rooms with cooking facilities are available on request. Signature Club rooms do not allow pets.

LURE Restaurant and Lounge - Located on the hotel’s main floor, this casual restaurant and lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows offers breathtaking views of Victoria’s Inner Harbour. A cooked-to-order breakfast is served daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM in the restaurant.
Extensive recreational facilities include a health club with 32-foot atrium pool, sauna, combination squash/racquetball court, and 2 tennis courts. A 24-hour fitness center features 2 exercise bikes, 2 treadmills, a stairclimber, 2 elliptical trainers, a rowing machine, free weights, numerous strength-training machines, and refrigerated towels. Locker rooms have showers, toiletries, and hair dryers. Children in many of these facilities must be accompanied by an adult.

We had waterview Mode Club rooms that had an incredible view across the Inner Harbour of the Empress and The Parliament Bldg. (all lighted at night) as well as float planes, ferries, dragon boats, etc. There were adorable water taxis that made the location convenient and fun. "Great view, very nice brand-new feel to the room"
Loved it. The hotel looks brand-new, I guess the had renovations done in early 2012. We came mid-week, it was a special trip for us, and they were very nice to upgrade us to the harbor-view room. The view was fabulous! You could just sit by the window and watch it all day long. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the very busy downtown touristy area […] (to the Empress), and it's a pleasant little walk. "Not as good as it looks."
Recently spent 3 days 2 nights at the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe. At first glance our room looked good. Then things started to appear. Wine glass had what appeared to be dregs from a red wine bottle dried to its side. Lipstick on coffee cup. Bathtub wouldn't drain due to being plugged with a large accumulation of hair. Pillows missing from lounge chairs. […] Refrigerator missing -- on back order -- so they say. Pets on "No Pet" floor. The staff was good. "Wonderful staff, but slightly off the main street"
The hotel was slightly away from central Victoria, but it was just a short walk or you can utilize the hotel shuttle or water taxis. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the front staff to the concierge, Karen, and the maids. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very nice and big. I have to say this was the best I have EVER been treated at a hotel. The staff wer SO accommodating and so very nice. Once downfall was the Lure restaurant. My aunt and I had breakfast there our first morning there and my first go around my fritatta was not cooked all the way through and there was a hair in it! The service wasn't so hot either.
