Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to downtown. I enjoyed the humor on the website, and on items/signs in the rooms! And loved... the little rubber ducky in the bathroom. :-) A bit of road noise (sirens) being so close to the road. Appreciated the shuttle to downtown and back. Laundry Room was nice - equipment worked well. ABC restaurant on site was very convenient. Staff was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Had a good size refrigerator - no microwave. Dishes - no dishwasher. Couch and a desk. Good WIFI connection. We will stay here again. Near a main road. Compared to 4 star hotels this hotel rates right up there when it comes to conveniences - right next to an ABC Restaurant, free daily major newspapers, refrigerator in the room plus the cost. Easy access to the street that will get you downtown as well as to the ferries quickly, no worries about getting lost here. This in was right across the street from Mayfair Mall, and not too far from an Esso, Tim Hortons Coffee Shop, and a Swiss Chalet. The front desk was very helpful, although this room was deemed as wheelchair accessible it was not very easy for me to move around in the room. Space was very tight...and there was no walk in shower (needed for my mobility) […] and when I asked the front desk they told me that most guests have to go to the local hospital to find one....Very disappointing....They are next to ABC Country Resturant, who has a very yummy strawberry pie. And if you are lookingfor great breakfast food visit Spoons Diner...yyummmmm. Read more

Close enough to everything. We had a Deluxe Queen which gave us a couch to sit on and small kitchenette. Coffee provided. Enough pans, dishes, etc. to cook a full meal if needed. Nice towels. The price was right. We had a few issues that were immediately taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

This is the first time we stayed at the Accent Inn and we had very enjoyable experience. The room was nice and spacious and kept very clean at all times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The flowers around the hotel were beautiful. We will be staying there again.

We were happy to see the cleanliness of the room and also the nice decor.We were in the front but the road noise was not a problem at all.

had a operation done at royal jubilie hospital, so it was a dreat location, very easy for my wife to go back & forth to the hospital

We stayed twice over the last two weeks. Hotel is clean and convenient. Kitchenette the second time was helpfull. Building is a bit older but clean and some updates are done ( ie, new TV in second room). Friendly courteous staff. Restaurant attached with discount- good basic fare.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They really made us feel welcome. The only negative was that the bedspreads seemed old and felt dirty. Everything else was very clean. Blow dryer didn't work but I'm sure had I let the front desk know, they would have happily fixed that.

Great stay, very helpful and friendly staff. Good firm bed, very quiet. Oh, the water temp fluctuates in the shower but nothing painful.

Love the bed and the cleanliness. ONly gripe is because the hotel is situated right beside the main road the traffic was non stop noise. I had ear plugs so that helped.
