Guestrooms.
The tastefully appointed guestrooms, renovated in 2012, are furnished with comfort in mind. Thoughtful room amenities include cable TV, clock radios, coffee makers, desks, free local calls, hair dryers, daily housekeeping, Internet access, irons and ironing boards, and pay movies. Guestrooms are all nonsmoking.

"Unhygienic conditions on the 2nd Floor"
I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. Conditions on the 2nd Floor (only) was extremely unhygienic. A recycling bin on the floor was emitting a pungent odor. A storage room was on the flow. I also saw a few service personnel on the floor coming in and out (not for housekeeping). This floor is NOT suitable for guests. "Not Classy at all!"

me and my friend stayed one night and were put in a room on the second floor with our windows facing right out to the front of the loby. we did not get much sleep that night because of the people ariving at all hours and there was no sound proofing so we could hear everything that was going on. the walls were paper thin and we could hear the people […] in the next room and the people in the halls. the room was really stuffy and the bar fridge was really load. the hotel was in a good location but i would never stay there again! we had two rooms and one of th rooms next us was so noisy they were playing very loud music and i have 10 month baby with us, i went front desk and the agent give me diffirent room and different floor i told him i need same floor and he said i dont have it i told have kids the other room i need to be same floor, any haw i left and my kids wanted to […] go the pool and gus what they were boys and girls were there and driking and doing un friend kids stuff then i told my kids no pool tonight left went our room spend the night ,,,, i am not complain person put this was unpleasant experience journey, will not stay this hotel next time we're in victoria regardless the prise.
