Dining at Sebasco...a Pure Maine experience!
“Pure Maine” is our culinary focus at Sebasco Harbor Resort. We will provide the best of what this region has to offer with creative, healthy and delicious results.
Toward that end, our mission is simple. We believe that the food we grow, procure from the local community and cook in the place that we call home, define who we are. Our goal is to promote a community gathering place that brings us all together with food, fun and most important family, offering a complete cultural experience. Our slice of Midcoast Maine is a beautiful and exciting place to live and work. We are proud and happy to be part of our "neighborhood", Sebasco Estates and Sagadahoc County. We are all neighbors, whether you are coming into town from any locale in New England or have traveled further than that. Come on by and grab a bite of a real homegrown culinary experience.
Pilot House: From its intimate oceanfront setting, the Pilot House at Sebasco Harbor Resort offers the most spectacular coastal view in Maine. All that – and the food is wonderful too! The menu changes seasonally, with daily specials inspired by local fishermen and farmers market treasures. Our progressive wine list is designed to please both novices and wine enthusiasts and our well-trained staff is happy to offer suggestions to fit your palate and budget.
Ledges: The Ledges is the perfect location for casual dining with a view. Enjoy the refreshing sea breezes and watch the boats in the harbor while dining on traditional Maine fare like steamed lobster, fried seafood, char grilled burgers, or a bowl of chowder on our harbor side patio. We proudly pour the highest quality spirits and seek the best ingredients to create a wide variety of classic and innovative signature cocktails. And we have an extensive list of micro-brews, ales and New England “craft” brews.
Special Meal Events: Below is a description of the special meal events that are held throughout the summer season. Please consult the Concierge or the activity schedule for more information.
HARBORSIDE LOBSTERBAKE & CONTRA DANCE: A summer lobsterbake is quintessential Maine. You simply can’t leave the resort without participating in one. This season we have joined two of our most popular events, the lobsterbake and the contra dance. Bring the whole family, get together with old friends and meet new ones. Music and dance instruction are provide by T-Acadie, New England’s best contra dance band.
POOLSIDE BLUEBERRY PANCAKE BREAKFAST: Sundays 8:00—10:00 am on the Pool Lawn. Join us on the Pool Lawn for a delicious Maine breakfast including our famous blueberry pancakes. Reservations are not necessary.
GRAND BUFFET : Sundays 6:00—8:30 pm in the Cornelius Room, Our Sunday evening tradition of dining in “grand style” continues. Enjoy a sumptuous Maine Buffet, laden with culinary delights.
Golf: Sebasco Harbor Resort Golf Club’s picturesque and challenging layout along Casco Bay, and bent grass fairways, provide an outstanding golf experience. A variety of tee locations allow golfers to select an optimal balance of challenge & enjoyment.
Course highlights include the 145 yard, Par 3 second hole, where your approach may differ at low or high tide. Our 510 yard, Par 5 finishing hole challenges golfers of all levels.
Sebasco Kayaking Center: Enjoy the tranquility of a kayak adventure. Experience the serene beauty of Casco Bay as you paddle your kayak past rustic Maine fishing villages and explore quiet inlets and secluded islands. Seaspray Kayaking, located onsite in the Sebasco Kayaking Center, offers experienced guided kayak tours in Maine’s natural surroundings. We have a kayak adventure for all ages and skill levels.
Quarterdeck Recreation Center: The Quarterdeck has been a Sebasco tradition for generations. Just stepping through the door takes you back to a time when life was simple. This is a place to reconnect with family and friends at the end of a busy day at Sebasco. Bowl a couple of strings on one of our vintage candlepin lanes. We even have bowling shoes (optional, of course). Have a family ping pong tournament. Cue up some oldies on the juke box and play pin ball. Pool, air hockey, foosball and basketball; there’s something for everyone. We guarantee that this will be a memorable experience!
Cruises Aboard the Ruth: Our own tour boat, the Ruth, is the center of much harbor activity and has been delighting our guests since her launch in 1935. All scheduled trips aboard the Ruth are reserved seating and reservations should be made in advance to avoid disappointment.
Scenic Nature and Harbor Cruise: We are blessed by our location amid three of Maine’s prettiest fishing villages. See the wharves, homes and boats of Cundy’s Harbor, Sebasco Village and West Point from the water. Harbor seals, ospreys, blue heron and double-crested cormorants are all regular sights. Chances are good that you may also see snowy egrets and eagles as well.
Pirate Cruise: Children, parents and grandparents alike always enjoy helping our resident pirate find his sunken boat and buried treasure. It’s a fun time and each child receives a share of the treasure!

"nice in every way"
We completely enjoyed our two night stay in the Harbor Village East. We were upgraded and were very appreciative. The staff were very helpful and responded prompltly, bringing us another refrigerator when ours wasn't working. The food at the Ledges was good and it was really pleasant to watch the sunset. The salt water pool was great and an hour long […] canoe ride was also a plus. We will definitely return. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Our Sebasco Estate 2010"
The overall experience was pleasant. Our room was perfect for what we needed. We had difficulty getting on line through their web page on our laptop and using their computer was uncomfortable. They have a computer for guests to use in a very very tiny room. The general lounge area was nice except the games were old and worn. Missing lots of pieces and […] needed TLC. "A complete getaway"
This hotel and resort feels like it's totally isolated from the rest of the world. In reality it isn't, with the town of Bath only 15 minutes drive away. But the peace and tranquility that the hotel offers is unparallelled. It was comfortable and in the most stunning setting. We visited off-season, so it definitely was not at full occupancy, and possibly […] therefore lacking in some atmosphere. But for a complete break in a lovely unspoiled coastal setting this cannot be beaten. Very enjoyable stay here. Recommend the 90 minute mini cruise! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
