"you get what you pay for"
If you are looking for an in expensive weekend for the family, its great, but I wouldn't go for a romantic weekend. It's a little fated, but nice. Reminded us of the place in 'Dirty Dancing'. Activities, etc make it perfect for families. Very clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

It was never brought to our attention that the majority of the rooms at the resort were not air conditioned, including the one we were assigned. Because it was so hot, we had to pay a lot extra to get a room that was.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Sebasco Harbor Resort in Sebasco Harbor, Maine"
A wonderful location with our room overlooking the bay. We could hear the surf at night with windows open. The restruant within the resort is excellent and prices are reasonable. The common spaces with a lit fireplace are cozy and inviting. The resort rooms , however, need some serious updating....our room was very musty and bathroom was not inviting. "Sebasco Habor - a step back in time"
I kept waiting for Patrick Swayze and "Baby" to come out and dance. I'm pretty sure "Dirty Dancing" was filmed here! The Main Lodge is in great need of updates including AC and getting rid of the musty odor! The Habor rooms were great - new & nice. The Pilot House and its staff were great! Golf and Tennis was good.
