Room was very comfortable with excellent bedding on king sized bed and modern, spacious bathroom. Staff always available and helpful. New to Aix, we were pleased with location near city center. We thought price of breakfast too expensive, but found reasonably priced cafes nearby for our morning meal.

The hotel was very conveniently located. Staff were extrememly helpful. The bedroom was lovely and the beds were super comfy. All soft drinks in the mini bar were complimentary and restocked daily. I highly recommend this charming hotel!

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and diligent. They spoke English fluently, recommended great places to eat and sights to see. Location was a couple of blocks from the main shopping and restaurant area. We had a rental car and they have a secure underground parking. Gas station to refill is one block away. Lovely boutique hotel, close to the tourism office, museums, bus and train services. Room was modern and comfortable. Shower was a bit difficult to manage, as the entire floor got soaking wet given the pitch of the shower floor. Staff was efficient albeit reserved. We had a room that as a plus had a king bed...but it took up the whole room. I was under the impression that our room was bigger as displayed on Hotel.com website...other than the fact I had to go into the hall way to change clothes - the staff and hotel are very nice.

We stayed here for 3 days. Our accommodastion was very good. Hotel is very close to the town center. Make sur eyou reserve parking if you are driving! There is a very nice lady in the kitchen who will prepare a very good omelette for breakfast. She is very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was very clean, well appointed and the staff super friendly. Our only small issue was that we were next to the lift on the 3rd floor and whenever it was used, the sound was very clear to hear. We arrived at the Hotel quite late in the day and rather tired. The concierge took our bags and the check in was smooth and quick. The room was great, with a comfortable bed, airconditioned, double windows for sound control, free wifi internet, and an open mini bar at no additional cost. The staff were friendly and helpful speaking excellent english. […] The location was close to the main street, but far enough away that the noise doesn't follow. At last we managed to get a booking at this hotel and it was all we expected. The room was a bit small but normal for France. We would have taken a bigger room if it was available. Breakfast was excellent. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

O hotel é aconchegante, o quarto e o café excelentes, pessoal muito atencioso, estacionamento gratuito bem próximo. O Cours Mirabeau fica bem perto com uma porção de restaurantes com mesas na calçada, faz-se tudo a pé em Aix. Não deixe de […] visitar Avignon, a Pont du Gard (um aqueduto fabuloso construído pelos romanos), e as cidadezinhas com lindos campos de lavanda:Valensole, Apt, Sault etc. Toda a Provence é linda e de carro a gente vai descobrindo um lugar mas bonito que o outro debaixo daquele céu azul magnifico. J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hotel. L'accueil est admirable, de la part de tous les employés. Personnel discret, efficace et courtois. Les locaux (couloirs, chambres, resto, toilettes etc...) sont parfaitement propres. Le nettoyage des chambres est parfait, sans déranger les affaires personnelles. J'apprécie parfaitement les nombreux services inclus […] comme le minibar à boisson rempli tous les jours et gratuit ! Le parking situé à 20 mètres de l'hotel gratuit ! Le café Nespresso gratuit ! Le wifi aussi bien sur. Bref pas de prise de tête en rentrant de balade le soir, on a de quoi garer son véhicule, à boire le soir et le matin sans creuser plus dans son budget. Je n'ai pas testé le petit-dej car onéreux. Les quelques défauts: pas de brosse à dent fournie, c'était la mauvaise surprise du premier soir. La taille de la chambre un peu just pour un 4 étoile. La température excessive du dernier étage malgré avoir réglé le thermostat au minimum. Ces petits défauts n'entament en rien la qualité de l’hôtel. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour au calme et au propre. Tout près de la gare sncf centre, de l'office de tourisme, du centre ville, d'un flunch et de la navette pour Aix TGV. Read more

great location. very nicely remodeled. it is nice to have the nespresso machine waiting for you at the reception, fresh apricots when we went there in the summer and carambars! our room was very large and very well designed with great linens, nice sisal on the floor and everything extremely clean.
