Hotel was in a very good location. Faulty bathroom light and bare wiring were reported to reception but were not rectified during our stay. The hotel should not be called a hotel not to mention that it is rated as a 4 star. It is just a serviced apartment. No bedside controls. The maintenance of the hotel is really bad that one of the two lifts was out of service and we were told by a lady who lived there that it was not working since March. The location and price are what attracted us to the Best Western in Melbourne. However, the hotel smelled quite musty, and the air conditioning did not always work, leading to an uncomfortable night.
