"Close to Everything"
Bed was super comfy and king sized, starting to need a little modernizing but hotel in general still very acceptable. Wife and I usually only stay 5 star being the pretentious beasts that we are, was really just a place to stay as we had a wedding in Collins St and was nice and close. Melb Grand Prix was on so most other hotels were ridiculously priced […] or booked out. This was just right at $250 per night at this time Staff were very informative and keen to assist. The staff were extremely helpful. I didn't know how to get my air conditioning to work and I called reception he said he would come right up to help. This hotel was modern, clean, quiet and convienient to shopping and nightlife in the CBD. It is a stone's throw from the Victorian Parliament in Little Bourke Street and around the corner from that great Melbourne institution "Pellingrinis" for coffee, cakes & pastas. I advised the hotel of some routine maintenance in my room and this was addressed […] without delay.
