Very tired decor. Bathroom fittings rusty and mouldy. Some lights not working. Lift broke down, had to use the stairs which were very narrow (so what if there was a fire?)

room was fine, tea/coffee had not been refreshed. Breakfast cooked was a bit blyuck. Pasta for dinner great. spa was nice. Staff were great accept for the concierge who assumed that when my husband joined me the final nite, I'd found someone whilst out.. would't go back.

We booked a superior room at Sudima for 2 nights, once booked in at reception we were given a map on how to get to our room! We were in the last block of the hotel right at the back, not a problem, but we were on the second floor, no lifts, so we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs (although we were asked if we needed help) It rained the […] second day, so to get to the restaurant, we actually had to go along a long corridor and then outside and then back into the front section of the hotel, they should have a verandah covering between buildings or umbrellas! Unfortunately you can hear every guest in the hallway that passes your room, not good early hours of the morning! However, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean (although the windows could do with a go over) The food at the restaurant is good and the location to the city centre is excellent. ホテルは新しくないですが、湖が近く、近くにスーパーマーケットやショッピングモールがあって便利です。滞在した部屋は、２Fの湖が見える部屋だったので好印象でした。多くの部屋は湖は望めないので今一かもしれません。もっと高級感のあるホテルが望みなら、隣のミレニアムホテルを、近代的でレイクビューを望むならノボテルをお勧めします。 朝食つきプランで７泊しましたが、内容は毎日まったく同じものでした。でも、期待していませんでしたから問題なしです。プライベートスパが３部屋あって、早朝から夜まで使えます。壁に囲まれているため景色は無しですが、露天風呂感覚があり良かったです。
