Had an excellent stay at the Loccumer Hof. Location is excellent, 2 mins walk from Hannover Main station, christmas markets are 5-10 min walk away, and there is a large shopping centre right by the hotel. Very good hotel in a very convenient location for the main train station. Stayed in one of the Junior Suites which was a great size and very comfortable. However our room was rather noisy as it was at the front of the hotel and looked out onto the road where trams were running until late at night. We stayed there over 4 nights in a themed room. It was clean very comfortable and large but most of all air-conditioned which was a must. All other rooms aren't so beware. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and all spoke great english which helped as our german was very limited. The hotel is situated five minutes from the main train station […] and shopping centre which was great for getting around. I can't fault this hotel what so ever and will recommend to friends family. One little fault was the coffee machine in the bedroom was hard to work out and then they only supplied two cartridges for it, anymore were .95 euro each and no tea making facility.
