"Terrible"
This place sucks. Front desk personnel were terrible. Checking in was a nightmare. Then, they checked somebody else into our room while we were gone. Luckily the person saw our bags and went straight back to desk. "Never again-we should get a refund!"
I checked in late after a long day of travel and was very tired. I stopped at the coffee bar for a cup of tea but there were coffee grinds in the hot water dispenser so i told the front desk and went up to the room.The sheets on the bed were clean but the blankets smelled like feet. At 10:45 one of my daughters attempted to shower but there was no hot water. It was not even warm. If price is the most important factor, you can't beat the price. Word of warning: you get what you pay for. Hotel staff wasn't very pleasant. "Poor A/C"

"Would not go back"
The room was dirty with a peanut on the floor and scuffs on the wall. Multiple items in the room were on the fringe of not working, from the electrical socket plate that was loose, to the TV which was flickering. "Too many mistakes"
No ice bucket, hairdryer, TV color was horrible and room smelled damp. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for shuttle to airport-I waited 45 minutes. "The service was awful!!"
The check-in left much to be desired. The room even though made up was not really clean. I had no TV remote and called the front desk and was told they would "....look for one." Two hours later I called again and was told "Ma'm we are looking for one even as we speak." With an attitude. After two more hours I was told they had found one and I needed […] to go to the front desk to get it. I find this unacceptable, even though I did dress and go down to get it; I wanted to watch the news. The bathtub was so dirty I used flip-flops to bathe. The products in the bathroom were good. The linens smelled rancid. What can I say? I needed to stay an extra night and I booked another hotel through hotels.com at a lovely place and it was wonderful.
