I had a wondering time at the Hyatt. I forgot to bring me a highlighter for my studies and the front desk personel let me borrow hers and I forgot a shower cap and the front desk had a shower cap and I was amazed because usually hotels doesn't carry one. I booked and prepaid so i was under the impression that everything was financially taken care of. Upon checking in, I learned that there was a $50 incidental fee that would be charged to my card at check in. Firstly, it bothered me because that information was not provided upfront. Secondly, most hotels will take your card information and will inform […] that it may be charged if anything is damaged, taken, etc. So I'm used to that, but I just wish this would have been noted upfront considering that I'd budgeted for my entire weekend and this fee was not in it. Needless to say, I still paid. Money wasn't the issue, I just felt it was very inconsiderate. I had the money to spend on the fee, but the next person may not have it so it's just about being considerate of your customers. Other than that, the stay at the hotel was great. Room looked great.
