"Good location near airport"
Great location if you want to stay 3 minutes from the airport. Only one restaurant within walking distance. Hotel employees were very friendly, great customer service. In all the room was very clean. The only down side to the stay was no microwave in the room had to go downstairs to warm up food and i had a evening flight and after staying there for […] four nights they only offered me a extra 30 minutes late check out. "Always A Nice Stay"

"Still a good hotel"
We arrived a little before check-in time and there were no double rooms available yet. The front desk checked and managed to unblock one in order to give us what we had booked. Unfortunately, this room was right next to the ice machine and the elevator. I spent the better half of the night and into the wee hours of the morning listening to ice dropping […] and teenagers slamming doors and running down the hall. We have stayed at this location before and had a much better experience, so I know that this is not common. The next morning we did have difficulty getting a shuttle to the airport for an international flight. Due to the high occupancy, the large number of teenagers that were also staying at the hotel and the fact that the shuttle also picked up for the Holiday Inn next door, the shuttles were rammed with guests. When I told the shuttle driver we were trying to catch an international flight, several teenage guests got off the shuttle stating that they wern't actually going to catch a flight and then they got off to make room for those that needed to get on. It was a bit frustrating to think that these teens were just riding the shuttle for no reason. The front desk girls and the housekeeper who cleaned our room were genuinely the most welcoming and accommodating people and should be commended on their pride for your property and their commendable customer service!!! "Don't be fooled into thinking there is a restauran"
The food the prepare is all frozen and heated in a microwave. The front desk doubles as the Bar/Lounge, The free breakfast is horrible. There is no placxe in walking distance to get anything to eat. "Convenient"
We flew in for a weekend family/football game. The shuttle to/from the airport made it very convenient for everyone to get to the hotel, and also the MARTA station at the airport. The staff was fantastic! What wasn't so great: the hotel is a little "tired" around the edges; however, it appears upgrades are in the works (elevators are being done soon). […] It would also be beneficial if the hotel changed their web-page to explain the shuttle service - it only runs twice an hours (5 and 35 after), and not on demand. If I had known there was a 30 minute wait (I just missed the shuttle the first time), I would have gotten a cab instead of waiting (it was very late when I arrived). Then the "new hyped" breakfast was a great disappointment! The breakfast sandwiches appeared to have been cooked quite some time back, and then microwaved! "Power Went Out!"
Overall, this hotel was very convenient Georgia Convention Center. It also had modern decor and was right next to one of my favorite restaurants (Ruby Tuesday's). The staff was polite and pleasant; however, the power went out for at least 2 hours in some portions of the hotel. The T.V. and elevator didn't work. I asked the hotel attendent if this was […] an outage in the whole area and she said no....just the hotel. We had 2 double rooms across the hall from each other. "Close to ATL Hartsfield"
We stayed here with our 4.5 month old overnight for the ease of getting to Hartsfield Airport the next morning. The room was okay - the suite could have been cleaner. For instance, we noticed the couches were a bit dirty but didn't pay much mind because we weren't planning to sit on them. However, this did make us feel like other parts of the hotel […] were unclean - though we trust that the sheets and such were new.... I booked a room for 115 with two queens. I checked in after long transatlantic flight and received a small room with two twin beds. This room had a huge TV, but a tiny bathroom without a partition for a large sitting room. Also, there was a starbucks in the lobby, but no complementary breakfast. I think that for a person that is going to this hotel just to spend the night it is ok. The staff is friendly, the overall aspect is good, the self-check in and free parking are a plus. "Hotel was Average"
The front desk staff was extremely friendly and personable....actually every employee at the hotel was very nice and friendly. The room itself was a bit aged - (but not horrible) - a nice size stain in the carpet, the sofa was a bit worn. Actual glasses were provided in the room rather than plastic glasses - but they were a bit dusty from non-use and […] I would have preferred plastic glasses wrapped. The bathtub drained extremely, extremely slow. The beds were comfortable. Our stay was only for one night - so for the money and the lenghth of stay - I think it was acceptable. In all fairness to the hotel, I didn't complain about the no/slow draining bathtub - as I was able to shower that night and by the morning - it was drained.
