The staff were friendly and efficient and nothing was a problem. The room was large and very clean. It also has a lovely view of the harbour. The hotel pool was a nice addition. Great hotel, great Location, great room. Everything was wonderful including the proximity to attractions, the front desk staff and the on site hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in the Crowne Plaza Newcastle and were extremely happy with the size of the room and the amenities. Our room had a kitchenette, large bathroom with spa bath big enough for two, a small lounge area with balcony and tv and a separate bedroom area with ability to close off from rest of apartment and another tv and balcony. The bed […] was large and comfy, the curtains also block a lot of sunlight for those who like to sleep in! House keeping came every day, and for the days that we had our privacy sigh on the door, a package was left with clean towels and soaps etc. The pool and pool area were nice and clean.
