Booked via Expedia for a great rate for 4 nights, after the fourth night the rate jump to an astronomical rate so book longer if you plan to stay more than you plan! Pro's- Clean, balcony, Internet worked great, swimming pool, strong HOT water shower, strong A/C, clothes washer to wash your OWN clothes, Large rooms, Large garden inside the patio when […] you open your door was awesome, near Pattaya bus station so you can actually walk to hotel if you don't have a lot of luggage. Staff was typical Thai friendly. Con's- Off Third Road - Electric clothes dryer was broken, you will need to rent a motorbike to get around (not a problem because you can rent a motorbike for 150 baht a day), bed was very firm, but was actually "good" for your back! This is an older open style Thai resort, but has been maintained for a nice stay. The cleaning lady's and security/maintenance man work extra hard to make sure you are comfortable. Read more

The memory foam mattress will stay in my memory for ever cause it felt like I laid on a block of concrete. This place is far from anything. The lack of real taxis in pattaya makes it worse. The hotel staff were extremely nice. The need to change the mattress.

The stay was fine, staff were friendly enough. English level is a little low but no problem really, they were still happy to help. Nice pool area with a nice garden around it, so good to relax by, I stayed on the top floor and there was no elevator but it is only 4 levels so all good. The room was fine, had everything I needed with its own kitchen area […] with microwave, fridge. Room size was fine, have your own little balcony which for me was looking over the pool. Large bed, mattress is hard but I liked it. There is a safe in your room which fits your laptoop. Housekeepers were nice, didn't speak much english but were always good for a laugh. The complimentary breakfast was a salad, eggs, sausages and toast which was fine. The only draw back is location. It is about a 25min walk to the beach and 40 mins to walking street but you can easily flag down a tuk tuk on the nearby main road to get to the beach, cost usually 20 baht or jump on a scooter taxi outside the hotel to take you wherever you need to go. If you stay out late for a few drinks then the good old tuk tuk drivers will want 200baht to get you home. All in all, the stay was fine. It is cheap so you get what you pay for. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, however the only three downsides to the place which some guests might find is that the gym is very old fashioned and is near enough unusable, the water from the showers wasn't always hot and the location of the hotel is some distance from walking street and the main night life of Pattaya, although if you are happy […] to ride a motorcycle, the nightlife is only a 10 minute ride down the road, which is what I did. Pattaya bus station is located just 5 minutes round the corner so this could be convenient for those who will be arriving/departing to Pattaya by bus. I found the staff helpful and approachable, the rooms are a decent size and was cleaned every day, despite waking up in the afternoon most days. All in all I would recommend this hotel but, if you are not prepared to use taxi's or ride a motorcycle to down town Pattaya, then find a closer hotel. Read more

Ekstremt lite hjelpsomme betjening, spurte om de hadde hotelbil til å kjøre meg med, det hadde de men de sa det var for dyrt å leie den uten å oppgi pris spurte om hva som var dyrt men de bare unlot å svare, spurte så om de kunne bestille taxi men det kunne de heller ikke. Veldig dårlige senger og dårlig rengjort rom ved ankomst.

この値段でとは思うほどのホテルです。ビーチロードから距離がありますが、乗り合いバス（10Ｂ）で移動もラクラクです。クローゼットドアや電気ポットが壊れていましたが、対応が早くすぐに修理・交換してくれました。

Les plus : un très bon rapport qualité prix, une chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre...... Les moins : trop loin de la plage pour s'y rendre à pieds (pas grave avec un deux roues) , un environnement autour de la piscine qui pourrait être amélioré et surtout le personnel de l'accueil qui ne décroche jamais le moindre sourire.

パタヤの繁華街からはかなり離れており、短期の観光客向けではなく長期滞在者向けだと思う。近くに手頃なレストランが少なく食事には迷うかも。バスターミナルが近いのはいい。中抜けになっている建物の1階が庭の用になっていたり雰囲気は良い。部屋は、ちょっと古めかもしれないが充分。ただエアコンの音がうるさかった。

シャワーの温水が出なかったが対応は早かった。エアコンの定期的な清掃、シーツの清潔度合いなど清潔さは問題ないレベル。朝食の品ぞろえは少ないので朝食なしプランで正解。この物件は築後7年は経過してますが、同価格帯で最近建設された物件と比べると「エレベーターなしもプールあり」で相殺。

Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Klein complex maar veel faciliteiten. Enige afstand tot het strand, maar met de beschikbare openbaar vervoer geen probleem. Zeker de moeite waard om voor een schappelijke prijs hier te vertoeven. Receptie en eenvoudig restaurant geven goede service.

I have now stayed at the hotel four times (about two months all in all), and I have no hesitation recommending the place. First of all, the staff are really nice and friendly, and also the rooms are nice. I particularly like the huge balcony, which is best enjoyed at the rooms facing the pool because of the shade. The few complaints I have are absolutely […] minor. There is a karaoke bar and a few restaurants with live music nearby. They all play very loud, which basically makes the hotel uninhabitable, so bring earplugs to use when you sleep, otherwise you won't get much sleep! This problem may be less outspoken in the pool side rooms. Hot water is unstable, it comes and goes, but with a little patience, you will get your hot shower! Also the WIFI is a bit unstable, but usually it is ok. The choice of TV channels is poor (unless you understand Thai), e.g. BBC World is not included, which is usually the case in other hotels in Thailand with TV. My major complaint is that the hotel is very inflexible dealing with specific room requests. I booked through hotels.com, where you cannot make specific requests regarding rooms, for instance if you wish a pool side room. Even when talking directly with the staff at the reception about future resevations, it was basically impossible to have your request dealt with. Once you stay at the hotel, though, you may change your room, but of course only if another one is available, which is probably not the case during high season. Local transportation is a bit tricky, unless you are happy with motorbikes, but go to Pattaya North Road (a few minutes' walk) where you will usually be able to get a songthaew (baht bus) downtown without having to wait too long. Hotellet ligger tæt på busstationen (med forbindelser til den internationale lufthavn, Bangkok, m.m.), men til gengæld nogle km fra Pattaya centrum, så man er nødt til at bruge transport for at komme dertil, hvilket dog er både billigt og nemt. Fordelen ved at være et stykke fra Pattayas støjende natteliv er så, at man befinder sig i et roligt kvarter. […] Hotellet var ikke særligt service-minded med hensyn til specielle ønsker i forbindelse med booking, f.eks. værelses med udsigt mod haven og poolen, og kunne ikke give nogen garantier herom, hvilket er uforståeligt. Kundeservice burde have en højere prioritet på et re-stjernet hotel. Jeg fik intet svar på en email, jeg sendte til hotellet, hvilket også er uacceptabelt. Efter en del pres på personalet i receptionen lykkedes det dog at få et udmærket værelse i forbindelse med mit andet besøg. Bortset herfra var personalet meget venligt og hjælpsomt. Rengøringen var i top med rene håndklæder og sengelinned hver dag. Værelsernes standard var upåklagelig, og der var en stor, rummelig og overdækket balkon med god plads til et par stole og et bord (som evt. kan tages indenfor om aftenen). Personligt satte jeg stor pris på sikkerhedsboksen på værelset, som er stor nok til både at rumme værdipapirer, en bærbar PC og noget fotoudstyr.
