"두번째 방문 - 가격은 그대로 서비스는 떨어짐"
처음 파타야에 왔을 때 묵어 좋은 느낌을 갖고 다시 찾았으나, 데스크 직원들의 업무미숙으로 로비에서 1시간여를 대기하며 한국 호텔스닷컴에 연락해 해결을 봐야했다. 조식은 지난번에 비해 서비스와 품질, 가지수 모두 떨어졌다. 방문이 제대로 잠기지 않는 등 호텔관리도 떨어지고 무료와이파이가 가능한 로비는 여전히 사방이 뚤려있어 너무 더워 잠시 대기하기에도 힘들다. 로비 안쪽 도서실이 오히려 시원하다. 대부분이 가족 단위 여행객이라 수영장이 두개지만 자리잡기 경쟁이 심하다. 걸어다니기에 애매한 위치라 교통이 좋다고 할 수 없어 택시비가 꽤 많이 나온다. 러시아인 천지인 파타야에서 조용한 휴식이란 꿈일런지...Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"수영장이 굳!"
파타야 버스터미널에서 가깝구요~ (걸어갈 정도는 아니지만, 차로 5분) 해변도 걸어가면 금방 나와요. 조식도 깔끔했고, 수영장이 풀장이 두갠데 제일 만족스러웠습니다~Genuine Hotels.com guest review
