"noise and blury tv service - Crowne Plaza Hamilton"
had a good stay 2years ago, this time well, ear plugs were included for construction noise. tv had incredibly bad reception. maintenance person was helpful friendly, could not fix reception. For the 'discounted" rate I could have stayed elsewhere.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good business hotel"
The hotel was quite comfortable and clean and the service was good. I had no complaints. There are good pubs on Augusta Street just a five minute walk south, and a local food restaurant Incognito, also nearby, is very good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
