    We stayed here because it was a halfway point between travel stops. Overall, the hotel was just fine, although it's certainly a bit away from the center... of Hamilton. The staff were very friendly. There are restaurants nearby, on the shores of Lake Ontario, but the one we chose was average at best. It was certainly easy to get back on the highway south toward the U.S. The room was a mixed blessing. Bed was fine, wireless worked ok, but the bathroom was a little outdated.     Staff were friendly and first impression of the hotel was great. Rooms were par and the hotel was nice and clean. Only complaint was the location. Kind of hard to get to as it is located in an industrial park. And there are no bars in the vacinity of the hotel.

    Great hotel. Nice Breakfast included. Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Rooms nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. A/C in room worked very well, but no A/C in halls and lobby.

    Overall I had an excellent experience.Staff was friendly and efficient.Beds were comfortable.I only had a short stay,so it is difficult to say alot about it.The hotel met my basic needs.My children also came with me and were satisfied with their room.

    I purchased a last minute room based on 2 adult, 2 child (12 and up). I received a queen and pull out couch. I was not expecting a sound sleep but surprisingly the couch was comfortable for the children.

    This place has the best breakfast it rocks. Staff are very nice and took care of a noise complaint post hast. One of the best in this price range.

    it was a sports tournament weekend, kids were running and shouting in the hallways. Breakfast was good for a continental style. Beds not comfortable.

    The front desk areas and hallways have been renovated, but the rooms have not. The rooms were clean and comfortable though. Buffet Breakfast was good. If you just need a clean place to stay for the night, this place is just fine.

    Hôtel très bien situé sur la QEW. Chambre très propre, lits et oreillers comfortables. Cafetière, Micro-ondes et réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Petit déjeûner inlus tout simplement génial! Je le recommande fortement. Merci !

    Hotel confortable et propre. Bien situé pour visiter les chutes du Niagara et Toronto. Salle de petit-déjeuner ordinaire. La première nuit, beaucoup de bruit avec va et vient incessants dans le couloir durant 3 heures (prostitution?). Geste commercial du manager suite à notre plainte.
