This was a overnight stay for my 12-yr old daughter & her friends - I was disappointed that the waterslide was only open during certain hours, this was... the main reason we chose this hotel over others in the area & these hours were not posted anywhere online. The description of the room stated there was a pull out sofa and there wasn't. The room was very clean, but the carpets in the common areas were very stained. The kids ate free in the morning which was a plus. I received a bill under the door in the morning for local phone calls I had made - when I addressed this with the front desk they removed the charges, I wonder how many people are being charged & not disputing. I could hear the music from the bar across the street until after 2am - so some sound proofing needs to be considered. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 23, 2012

The Hotel was very nice and the view of the harbour was good.The room was very clean and as we have never been to the east and we were driving it was easy to find. The only draw back we have is the food @ the Hotel was a little pricy but we would stay there again.

Pleased with our stay--only problem we incured was VERY loud, noisy people on our floor. Beds were wonderful & comfortable---bathroom needs a face-lift.

Our experience with the Delta Sydney was really good. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the pool. We really enjoyed our bartender in the pub. He was really funny. Our waitress was really nice too.
