The overall experience was good. However when a faulty, noisy fan was politely reported to the male night staff he asked whether we would ''prefer to sleep outside?''. We stayed in Belleville for a couple of days to attend a family function. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we were greeted with a warm smile. I asked for a recommendation for dinner and 'Linguini's' was suggested. It is within walking distance of the hotel and was delightful. We were very happy with the hot breakfast. […] There was a wide range of food to suit many needs and tastes. The only concern I had was the tiles around the pool area were very slippery. The hot tub and pool were clean. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The beds were passable and everything was clean. The breakfast barely qualifies as food, although if you're just after cereal or toast you'll be fine.
