"Clean and Modern!"

"Pleasant staff but dated rooms."
The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room, however, was in need of some updating and the bathroom in particular was disappointing. The bath tub was tiny and there was a problem with the drain. The hotel staff did fix the drain problem quickly though. The hot tub was luke warm and not very enjoyable. Checking in at the Fairfield Inn was definitely a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, modern and updated. We had a normal double Queen room and it was very spacious. Reception staff were friendly and helpful in directing us to the places we wanted to visit in our short 2 night stay. The 4 storey water slide is a definite hit for young and old. Breakfast […] service was a bit chaotic (I think the junior hockey teams were there) but the self service is probably the most efficient way to get everyone fed as quickly as possible.
