"Hope you aren't hungry after 6 hours of flying"
We had a late flight in early morning out. We were starving called down to room service 10 minutes before the full menu closed and they said they would have to call back. We waited 15 minutes called again they said we were too late and the kitchen was closed. I asked if they had anything for a vegetarian and was put on hold then was told what is on […] the menu is all they have no suggestions or modifications were offered. "In the Middle of Nowhere"
This hotel is off by itself. No stores or restaurants near enough to walk. No hot tub. They charge for parking although there is no shortage of space. The restaurant is a short walk from the hotel. Our location is minutes away from the airport and with our free shuttle that runs 24 hours a day, you are assured peace of mind if you are flying in or out of Vancouver International and domestic airports. We also have a free community shuttle that takes our guests to main shopping area of Richmond and other restaurants even though the Pier 73 restaurant by the hotel is set on a spectacular setting on the riverbank and provides delicious meals in a casual setting.

"Good for a Quick Overnight Connection but a Dated"

"Turn off the ice machine please!"
All would have been fine if there had been either (a) a door on the room to the ice maker, or (b) a way to program the ice maker not to "dump" every 45 minutes throughout the night. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20 years and see its toll.I had order a king size room and got a room with a chair and double bed. we checked in late for our flight did not arrive until midnight and was very sick did not have the energy to go back downstairs to have this changed. When i mentioned this in the am I was told I should […] have come down and all the rooms are the same price that it did not matter which room you stayed in. That was enough to say hey it thats how you feel about your customers then you don't need my bookings.
