"Do not stay at this hotel"
This hotel used to be great, but has not been upgraded for a long time. I was encouraged to pay an additional $20/day for an upgraded room and found out there was a mandatory $14/day to park at the hotel. Their in-hotel lounge was closed and a nearby independent one had to be used for dinner/drinks. Their souvenir shop was the same. I was not able to […] charge a purchase to my room. The staff were not very friendly and upon check out added additional charges to our bill. When asked, the manager said a service charge of $224+tax was to deep clean the room due to smoking was added. We did not smoke in the room nor could I detect any smell (i'm not a smoker), but they insisted we did and that drapers, carpet, everything would be professionally cleaned at our expense. "Uncomfortable and overpriced"

"Do not use the restaurant."
The hotel boasts about free internet, but there is no wireless internet in the rooms and there is no support for MacBooks even with wired internet. Staff is unfriendly. Server was coughing in her hands and then bringing food from the kitchen. The staff is unfriendly. Further to my earlier call message to you, I assure you that we feel truly sad that a guest of ours left with such a poor impression. We have the wireless internet in the public areas and wired internet in the guestrooms and are currently in midst of adding the WiFi to the guestrooms. I have investigated and made sure that the server who attended on you has been realized our expectations. I truly hope that you give us another opportunity to experience a stay that we are capable of as validated by vast majority of our guests. Thank you
