our room is non-smoking and no smell of cigarettes, there is a warning of CA$ 150 fine if you smoke. i like this warning, a good deterrent so that the freshness of the room is maintained. clean and new bathroom, well maintained. there is also a city park and mini lake or lagoon behind the hotel where you can stroll and jog or get some nice fresh air. […] liked the visible wildlife rabbits, squirrels, geese, and kingfisher, etc. just lovely. hotel is very accessible to sky train and richmond centre mall, where you can shop and buy food at the food court, although there are many different restaurants around (chinese, greek, japanese, american grill burger, thai, etc.). other mall nearby is lansdown where the popular #9 Chinese restaurant and Korean BBQ buffet restaurant is located. Wanted to extend for one more night bec of unfinished business but the hotel was so full already. Had to rebook online again with another one which was at Bridgeport Rd whic is not near the malls and trains. Read more

It was really nice to be picked up by the shuttle service which was on time. I reached the hotel and was given my room immediately which was a good thing because i was really tired. they also dropped me back at the south terminal of the airport all in all it was money well spent.

We spent one night prior to our trip to NYC. Counter staff was helpful and courteous . gave us discount on parking as we were verbally quoted differently over the phone.

Fair customer service, except english not there first language. The carpet looked old or dirty and the maids walked in on me at 3 different times while sitting in my room. Sometimes knocked but did not wait for a response, sometimes did not knock and just walked in. View fair-golf course in back and parking. I did like the balcony.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a great small personal hotel at such a reasonable price. Good room with king bed and balcony. Warm and caring staff who took care of our needs over the 4 nights we stayed there. Good location with a pretty park behind, great shopping, and very good restaurants nearbly. I had a great stay at the Ramada. The best part of my stay at the hotel, was breakfast in the morning. I have stayed at the hotel before and this is the second time Narina (spelling) has been there to make sure everyone was happy. She gets an "A" for attitude. Many thanks to her.

The service in the hotel was VERY good, the breakfast was awesome, and the room was clean, with nice linens. The room was old, I was also on the bottom floor, so not sure if all room were like that or not. Convenient to shopping, and a 10 minute walk to sky train. Overall for price a good hote.

overall convenient to stay and good location at Richmond. breakfast is so so but bending machine is good for simple meal... free shuttle between airport and hotel is good until 11:15pm.
