I liked the convenient location, but the room was not comfortable. No privacy with curtains open; dark as a tomb with them closed. Only one luggage rack. Ironing board but no iron. Difficult to get around bed to closet because it was so close to the wall.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel is outdated and needs significant capital improvements. The room was not clean. A sticky mass left of the vanity was never cleaned up during my stay. The continental breakfast consisted of bad coffee, toast and jam, and packaged muffins. The muffins were OK. I would not stay in this place again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was Not Bad but Not Great"
My husband and I needed a night away from everyone. So The GOOD - The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfy. No one disturbed us the whole night. The staff was very nice when we checked in and out. The BAD - is that I was charged twice for one room for one night. "Downtown Vancouver"
I got in late at night and left fairly early the next day, so I didn't send much time in room except to SLEEP! The room was totally fine and the area was quiet enough for me to just crash. There was a bog ol' heater that worked just fine (because it was freezing February), but I had to shut off the heater after a few minutes because it was extremely […] loud. But that was really no big deal because I prefer to slee in the cold. I also assumed there would be more for "breakfast," but it was only toast and a muffin and juice. One of the reasons I chose that hotel instead of others was because breakfast was listed. But again, this didn't matter a whole lot because I had to check out and leave fairly quickly for a wedding. "Econo Lodge"
This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (or attempted to stay in). There were no non-smoking rooms so we settled for the smoking room. The room stunk so badly that at 2:30 in the morning we decided to make the drive home. We had to wash all of our clothing (even those that were not worn) to get the smell out.
