"Actually a pretty decent la Quinta..."

"Nice stay but..."
The touted breakfast was so bad my party opted to go out each day, even though we'd chosen this hotel specifically because we wanted breakfast. Not a fancy breakfast - a bowl of oatmeal or fresh fruit. The fruit was awful, they ran out of juice after an hour. If you want donuts for breakfast, this is your place. Most of the front desk staff was great, […] but the one we really needed.... one of our party left her phone charger in the room. We were only a couple of miles down the road when she noticed, so we called and said we were on our way back. They said not to bother - that housekeeping takes all those kinds of things, and has to log them into a lost and found binder and they wouldn't know until tomorrow if it had been found.. um... what? "Our nights stay"

We spent 4 nights here and would rate the breakfast, room and service very high. The reason I will not come back however, is the POOL. This was a great hotel. The beds were very soft and the pillows were great. We asked for extra pillows and got what we needed. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was great. There was a good sized mini fridge and microwave that are very helpful when staying with a baby.
